Refer & Earn is our bonus program for recommending people to work with us.
When you tell someone there’s a job for them at Heritage Christian Services, you’ll get a financial reward after hire.
How it works:
- When they apply, make sure they say that you referred them.
- After they’ve completed their interview, you’ll receive 500 points on Heritage High Five.
- After they’ve worked three months full-time, or 75 hours for part-time/relief positions, you’ll get paid!
Rewards for direct support and nurses: $400 full-time, $200 part-time
Rewards for other positions: $100 full-time, $50 part-time
(CDPAP and self-hire positions not included.)

Spring Referral Boost

Now through May 31, when you refer someone great to Heritage Christian Services, in addition to the usual perks of Refer & Earn, you’ll earn some HCS branded swag and an additional 500 Heritage High Five points after your referred candidate completes their interview.
Here’s what you can earn with the Spring Referral Boost:
Cash rewards for each successful referral:
- $400 for each full-time and $200 for part-time direct support and nursing hires
- $100 for other full-time positions and $50 for part-time hires in other roles
One-time Spring Referral Boost rewards:
- Up to 1,000 Heritage High Five points for each referral interviewed during the promotional period
- One free HCS-branded gift per employee
