Heritage Christian Services: A Commitment to Quality

From the beginning, Heritage Christian Services has built its work on a clear commitment to quality. Across residential and community-based supports, we hold ourselves to standards that go beyond compliance and focus on what improves people’s lives. All providers, including Heritage Christian Services, participate in the New York State’s unified quality review process through the Division of Quality Improvement of the Office for People With Developmental Disabilities. 

Quality here means strong supervision, meaningful training and clear systems that promote accountability. We review performance, measure outcomes and strengthen our practices so services remain safe, responsive and person-centered.
