We want to get you hired, earning money and building your career as soon as possible. That’s why we’ve streamlined our online application and video interview process for hiring direct support professionals (DSPs). 

Apply today and after we review your application, you’ll be sent a link to our on-demand video interview. Depending on the position you’re applying for, you’ll record your answers to a few questions using your computer or phone and play a quick game.  

Here’s how the process typically works for DSP roles: 

  1. Complete and submit your online application 
  2. Complete your on-demand HireVue video interview 
  3. Complete the HireVue game-based assessment 
  4. Schedule and complete an in-person interview with one of our recruiters 
  5. Complete your TB test 
  6. Schedule your orientation so you can start getting paid! 

Since we need direct support professionals with driver’s licenses, we’ll also check your driving record since providing transportation may be part of the job.

We also hold many walk-in hiring events at our offices, plus in-person hiring events out in the community.
