Are you ready to see what’s possible in a career at Heritage Christian Services? Let’s get started!

We’ve streamlined our online application and video interview process so we can get you hired, earning money and growing your career as soon as possible.

Our online application has three parts: the application form, a virtual on-demand video interview and a game-based assessment.

Here’s how the hiring process typically works for DSP positions:

  1. Complete and submit your online application.

Enter your information in the fields marked with an asterisk on the online application form and upload any required supporting documents, if necessary.

  1. Record and submit your HireVue video interview.

Once you submit the form, check your email for a link and instructions to complete your virtual interview. You’ll have two chances to record your answers to each question.

  1. Complete the HireVue game-based assessment.

Play a game-based assessment to complete the final step in the application. Remember to read the instructions carefully before starting the game.

  1. Schedule an in-person interview with one of our recruiters.

You can choose an interview time that’s convenient for you, planning for 30 to 45 minutes.

If you’re selected for the position, you’ll receive an offer letter outlining next steps.

While you complete these steps, our talent acquisition team verifies information like your academic record, driver’s license, driving record and other background details to prepare you for orientation. If there’s any additional information we should know, please share it with a recruiter.

  1. Complete your tuberculosis test.

You’ll need to schedule an appointment with an approved medical service provider. You cannot complete this test with your primary care physician or at another health care facility. Most results are available within 48 to 72 hours.

  1. Schedule your orientation.

Congratulations, you’re now ready to begin your career at Heritage Christian Services.
