Heritage Christian Services is holding walk-in interviews for direct support jobs Monday, Oct. 12, through Friday, Oct. 16, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day. Come to our corporate office at 275 Kenneth Drive, Suite 100, in Henrietta (Rochester, NY 14623). No appointment or registration is needed.
Stop by any time during event hours to apply for a direct support position, get help completing your virtual interview and meet with a recruiter to talk about job offers. Direct support professionals earn up to $22.25 an hour, with comprehensive health benefits, generous vacation time and reliable schedules with flexibility to meet your needs.
Who can apply: Anyone 18 or older with a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or GED. No experience is required. We provide paid training.

- Direct support professional: Support people with developmental disabilities live full, independent lives at home and in the community.

- Medical liaison: Coordinate appointments, medications and health needs for the people we support.
- Shift coordinator: Oversee daily operations and staff during your shift.
