Refer & Earn is our bonus program for recommending people to work with us.

When you tell someone there’s a job for them at Heritage Christian Services, you’ll get a financial reward after hire.

How it works:

• When they apply, make sure they say that you referred them.
• After they’ve completed their interview, you’ll receive 500 points on Heritage High Five.
• After they’ve worked three months full-time, or 75 hours for part-time/relief positions, you’ll get paid!

Rewards for direct support and nurses: $400 full-time, $200 part-time

Rewards for other positions: $100 full-time, $50 part-time
(CDPAP and self-hire positions not included.)

Hear From A Current HCS Employee Who Was Referred:

Refer & Earn rewards employees for bringing in new candidates, like Natalia Duncan, the assistant manager at a residential home in Penfield, who recently celebrated one year of service.

Her journey to Heritage Christian Services began with a recommendation to apply from an employee, an old friend of hers. Without her friend’s referral, she says she likely wouldn’t be here today.In her tenure, Natalia has found a deep connection to the work. “This industry is so near and dear to my heart because I have the opportunity to make an impact, small or large, on people’s lives,” she said.

Her favorite part is the kindness and support she receives from co-workers in other programs and supporting teams in administration.

She strongly advocates for Heritage Christian employees to refer their friends and family to open positions.

Natalia also stresses some key traits of top candidates.

“I highly recommend someone apply to work at Heritage Christian if they have a passion for working with people,” Natalia said. “And helping someone use their voice or advocating for someone who communicates in non-traditional ways.”
