Refer & Earn is our bonus program for recommending people to work with us.
When you tell someone there’s a job for them at Heritage Christian Services, you’ll get a financial reward after hire.
How it works:
- When they apply, make sure they say that you referred them.
- After they’ve completed their interview, you’ll receive 500 points on Heritage High Five.
- After they’ve worked three months full-time, or 75 hours for part-time/relief positions, you’ll get paid!
Rewards for direct support and nurses: $400 full-time, $200 part-time
Rewards for other positions: $100 full-time, $50 part-time
(CDPAP and self-hire positions not included.)

Hear From an HCS Staff Member
Kameka Keller first joined Heritage Christian Services in 2008. After taking time away to raise her family, Kameka knew she wanted to return to the workforce at Heritage Christian and held several leadership roles before taking over as the residence manager at the home on Ransom Road.
Her favorite part about the organization is the family-like atmosphere. “The agency is committed to making everyone feel included, including staff members and the people who choose our services,” said Kameka.
She’s also a strong advocate for the Refer & Earn program. Kameka referred her daughter-in-law to apply for an open position.
That candidate was hired at an after-school respite program and has since been promoted to an assistant management position at a day habilitation program.
“I would recommend anyone to participate in Refer & Earn,” said Kameka. “You can get extra money in your paycheck. As employees, we understand the job and can give advice on what it entails.”
