We’ve increased the base wage for our full-time frontline staff! Earn up to $19.55 per hour for certain residential shifts!
Residential and Respite $17.80/hour with the chance to earn more for:
– Weekends $18.30/hour
– Overnights $18.55/hour
-Weekend overnight at a tier-1 home $19.55 per hour
Community Habilitation $17.80/hour
Day Habilitation $17.30/hour
In a direct support role, you will support adults by:
* teaching independent living skills;
* assisting with personal care;
* advocating for inclusive communities;
* encouraging growth in personal relationships; and
* assisting people to fulfill in their lives what matters most to them.
