Heritage Christian Services is seeking people for leadership positions starting between $18.75 and $20/hour, with the chance to earn more. Many leadership roles are open for people who want to advance their careers while making a difference in the lives of others.

We have several open positions, including:

• Shift coordinator. In addition to providing direct support, you’ll organize schedules and provide direction for co-workers.
• Assistant manager. You’ll work closely with the residence manager to oversee efficient and meaningful operation of the home. You’ll provide leadership to direct support staff so they can effectively assist people with being active members of their community.
• Medical liaison. In addition to providing direct support, you’ll schedule medical appointments, update communications to be sure doctors’ orders are followed, organize medications and communicate necessary information.

Medical liaisons start at $18.75/hour, shift coordinators start at $19/hour, and assistant managers start at $20/hour, with the opportunity to make more when working in complex programs and on weekend and overnight shifts.
