Heritage Christian Services has partnered with Bryant & Stratton College to provide a five-week Direct Support Professional Training program, where you can get a head start on a new and exciting career in supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Plus, you’ll get paid while you learn!

Once you have completed the DSP Training Program, you will work in one of the agency’s residential, respite or day habilitation programs, and make a difference in the lives of people with disabilities. You’ll earn up to $19.55/hr for certain residential shifts.
