You Deserve More.

The “professional” part of the Direct Support Professional (DSP) title is there for a reason. You’ll be treated with respect and do important work that makes a difference. Plus, we start most full-time residential and free-standing respite positions at $20.50/hr. You can earn up to $22.25/hr. for certain direct support residential shifts. And we offer overtime pay and performance bonuses.

If you want a job where you’re going to feel appreciated and loved, this is a job that I would definitely recommend.
